Eva Sierra is an Xcel alum who has developed a passion for coaching younger players. Playing since she was 12, she has experience as a setter and DS/Libero. She joined the coaching staff last season as a developmental coach for both sessions. Eva has also helped at camps, clinics, and spring/summer leagues. After she graduates from Barbers Hill this spring, she plans to pursue a degree in nursing and work towards becoming a nurse practitioner in the future.
